These Terms of Use explain how customers may use GateLink Ride to request rides, airport transfers, hourly bookings and delivery services.

Bookings

Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, passenger, parcel and contact details. Prices shown are estimates until the booking is confirmed.

Payments and cancellations

Payment must be completed through the available checkout method. Cancellation rules may depend on driver assignment, route and timing.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for being ready at pickup time and for providing correct luggage, parcel and special-instruction details.
